ACHIEVEMENTS

Artelia carried out the mission of 4D BIM OPC (Scheduling, Management, and Coordination) for the project, following the Building Information Modeling process of 4D planning.

To achieve this, we integrated a digital model with planning tools.

BENEFITS

This 4D BIM offers numerous advantages throughout the operation. It allows for simulating the work, starting from the study phase, to gain a precise understanding of the project and to communicate easily with various stakeholders. It helps in identifying, comprehending, and mitigating risks in project organization by testing different options and comparing proposals.

Moreover, it enables real-time comparison of the actual progress of work, based on on-site measurements, with the reference schedule of the project.
